SANDWICH - A play with food

The Road Show Theater proudly
presents SANDWICH.
Written by Jessamyn Fiore
Directed by Sarah Smyth
Starring Kiva Murphy & Rachel Krause
Original live music by John Lambert

SANDWICH is a dark and surreal drama focusing on two suburban housewives’ compulsive behavior while their perfect lives collapse around them. Helen and Harriet have been friends and neighbors for years until a secret revealed unravels both their lives and minds- domestic bliss dissolves as two women on the edge commit an act of true desperation. Featuring haunting live music by Irish musician John Lambert, SANDWICH is the third production by this Dublin based company and is written by the same author as their critically acclaimed debut production
(“4 Stars”- The Irish Times).

The Road Show Theater would like to give a big thanks to Dallas Seitz and 1 000 000 mph Project Space for putting on our recent shows in London and thanks to those who attended. Also special thanks to Lisa Le Feuvre, Robert Fiore and Jane Crawford, The Dublin Fringe Festival, all the artists who contributed to the exhibition, and everyone else who has supported this production-thank you!
'Sandwich' is the result of a long workshop process that explored the idea of relationships and food. The evolution of the work continues as we take the show onto the Prague, Edinburgh, and Dublin Fringe Festivals.
